HELLO!

A bit about me...

Hi I'm Emily. I've been on my own journey to get to where I am now and by no means have I reached the end. Really does any journey have an end? We're always learning, experiencing, developing, changing and creating. 

I gained my Centralia Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology Mastership (CRM5) with the Gaia School of Natural Health. I chose the Level 5 Diploma as it is currently the highest qualification available for Reflexology in the UK. It is equivalent to a Foundation Degree or Diploma in Higher Education and includes level 4 Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. 

Through my level 5 and other subsequent studies I am qualified in:

  • Adapting reflexology for Cancer and Palliative Care - I spent 18 months volunteering at Beechwood cancer care centre

  • Hand reflexology

  • Meridians in Reflexology practice

  • Inner Intent Reflexology

  • AdRx (Adapted Reflextherapy) under Gunnel Berry

  • N.E.P.I.P. (Nueroendopsychoimmunopody) technique specifically for stress and anxiety

  • RLD Reflexology for Lymphatic Drainage technique under Sally Kay

  • Reiki 1st Degree – Usui Shiki Ryoho 

  • Reiki 2nd Degree – Usui Shiki Ryoho

So, why Reflexology? Holistic therapies have always been on my radar so to speak, reflexology, specifically has been of interest to me since I received my first treatment in 1994 and was informed that I was on my menstrual cycle and that I needed to break wind! I was hooked! Apart from the fact that the therapy felt absolutely fantastic.. How could somebody touch my feet and know what was happening in my body?! Life goes on however, I travelled and served in other areas and while there was always a connection I invested myself in other endeavours... Skip forward a few years, I returned to the UK in 2015, to reflect, re-evaluate and re-centre and found the courage to listen to my intuitive voice.. NOW do something you LOVE!​

I am a full member of both Professional Reflexology and the Association of Reflexologists. My insurance is with Balens.
